Viana was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2019. She completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (P.C.L.L.) in 2017 at City University of Hong Kong and was included on the PCLL Dean’s List with Merit. Prior to that, she studied for her Bachelor of Laws degree (L.L.B) at the same university, during which time she also completed courses at the University of Oxford and Columbia University (New York).

Viana is experienced in handling a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes, commercial disputes of listed companies, debt recovery, fraud and asset tracing, insurance litigation, insolvency and matrimonial matters. She has also represented a multinational company in arbitration matters involving cross-border acquisition disputes. She joined us as an Assistant Solicitor in 2022, and is currently assisting in litigation, arbitration, general commercial and China-related matters.

李律師於2019年在香港取得事務律師執業資格。於2017年，她在香港城市大學取得法學專業證書，並以優異成績名列院長嘉許名單。此外，李律師於香港城市大學攻讀法律學士學位期間，曾赴英國牛津大學及美國紐約市哥倫比亞大學修讀法律課程。

李律師富有處理民事及商業訴訟的經驗，包括合約爭議、上市公司商業糾紛、債務追討、欺詐案件及資產追蹤、保險訴訟、破產及清盤案件以及離婚訴訟等範疇。她亦曾代表跨國企業處理涉及國際收購糾紛的仲裁案件。她於2022年加入本所，現專責處理民事及商業訴訟、仲裁案件以及一般商務及與中國內地事務有關之法律事宜。
