Samuel is an experienced lawyer with over 28 years of experience. He has extensive experience in civil, criminal, commercial and matrimonial litigation. Other than being admitted in Hong Kong as a Solicitor, he is also qualified in England & Wales.

Samuel is also an active member of community services including:

Samuel holds a Law degree from the Peking University, and a Master of Laws degree (Corporate & Financial Law) from the University of Hong Kong.
