Ringo started his early career as a Health Inspector. While working as a civil servant with the Hong Kong Government, he pursued his study in Laws. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Law from The University of London. After having obtained his law degree, Ringo left the government for full time study and obtained his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong before entering the legal profession. Ringo specializes in civil litigation, probate, matrimonial and family law. He is admitted in Hong Kong. He is a Notary Public and a China- appointed Attesting Officer.

馮律師早年任職香港政府，擔任衛生督察職位。在任職公務員期間，他考獲英國倫敦大學法律學士學位。後來馮律師離開公務員職系，進入香港大學全職進修，並考獲法律專業證書，隨即加入法律界工作。馮律師擅長民事訴訟、遺產承辦、婚姻及家事法律，擁有香港的法律專業執業資格，亦是國際公證人和中國委托公證人。
