Jack obtained his Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of New South Wales and was admitted as a lawyer in both Hong Kong and New South Wales, Australia. Jack has experience handling commercial, mergers and acquisitions, IPO, regulatory compliance and litigation matters.
