Our firm is pleased to announce that Ben Chan, our Head of China Practice and Senior Consultant, was among the first lawyers being granted certificates to practice law in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). Mr. Chan is employed at our affiliate Beijing Jingsh Law Firm Shenzhen Office.

Our firm continues to remain at the forefront of the legal development of the GBA and is committed to supporting our clients in Hong Kong and mainland China on cross-border matters.

Admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1999, Mr. Chan is also a China-Appointed Attesting Officer, an Accredited General Mediator (HKIAC) and a Civil Celebrant of Marriages.
